Size & Care Guide

SIZE GUIDE

HOW TO MEASURE

Your Band
Wearing a non-padded, non-minimizing everyday bra, measure just above the bust by bringing a soft measuring tape across your back at band level, under each arm (elbows down), then around the front to snugly but comfortably line up with where your bra straps meet your cups.

Your Bust
Measure across the fullest part of the bust by threading a soft measuring tape across your back at band level and under each arm, being careful that your elbows are down and that the tape isn't pulled away from the body in the front. With the tape in position, take a breath in and out, allowing it to slide to its most comfortable, non-binding fit.

Your Waist
Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.

Your Hip
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 7"-9" below waistline), keeping tape parallel with floor.

Your Thigh
Stand with heels apart and measure around fullest part of thigh (approximately 1" below crotch), keeping tape parallel with floor.

SAFEST WAY
Turn your gear inside out and use machine wash with cold water and hanging it to dry (This will help to protect the life and the shape of your garment.)

FOR MESH FABRIC
Turn your gear inside out and avoid wahing them together with other garments with Velco or Zippers since this material can damage the mesh fabric.

HOW TO WASH FIGUR LEGGINGS

DO I NEED TO TAKE THE CUPS OUT MY SPORTS BRAS TO WASH IT?
We find that removing cups when washing our sports bras helps them to keep their shape. To wash the cups, hand-wash them in cool water and lay them flat to dry.
